Sport Taekwondo is an Olympic sport that involves two players sparring with one another. Both athletes will wear protective head, body, arms, legs, groin & mouth guard (a sort of Iron Man) they will kick and punch to the body in order to accumulate points. The idea of the game is to gain more points than your opponent.
Taekwondo is mainly using your legs as such this will have a huge test on your stamina, especially when you want to become more dynamic with spinning and jumping techniques.
