About The Event
The Beach workout and Mindfulness session is designed to help you become more physically and mentally fitter. Considering the trauma most of us had faced during the pandemic, not only do we need to look at ways to improve our fitness but also ways that help us cope better with stress, anxiety and other negative states of mind.
The Beach workout and combined Mindfulness session is an holistic appraoch that focuses on all areas that help to improve our body and mind.
Our Holistic Approach
The tabata exercises normally consist of 30-45 seconds of performing an exercise, followed with 10-15 seconds of rest. The benefit of this is that it will help to improve your anaerobic fitness and help you become more tone.
Mindfulness practice is medically proven to help you cope with stress, anxiety and other negative states of mind. Mindfulness is about observing thoughts and feelings without getting caught up in them. It's about learning to live in the present moment rather than the past or future. It's about lkearning to live in the now.
The sessions are open to all abilities, whether you're an novice or someone with experience and someone who has a disability. This is inclusive and I'm here to help. If you need assistance with your wheelchair getting on the sand please let us know. I wouldn't want you to miss this.
Pay As You Go: £7.00 (one off session)
Buy a Block: Four for £24 - Buy a block of four sessions. Must be used up within a period of time.
