    The Beach Workout and Mindfulness helps you to rejuvenate your mind and body with this tabata (think of HIIT) workout, which is followed by 10 minutes of mindfulness meditation practise. This will improve your focus, concentration, your anaerobic fitness and help with any stress or anxiety.
