These gradings are open to all KMA Sports Academy students and British Taekwondo members. Please also note that we will be carrying out the gradings under the new British Taekwondo Generations syllabus. This can be downloaded here

What you need
- Official WTF Dobok (Uniform)
- Body protector – this is important for two reasons mainly protection for when you are sparring and also it’s an integral part of your grading exam to demonstrate the Olympic sport element of TaeKwonDo.
- Valid British TaeKwonDo license book.
- Gradings exam fee of £25.00
- Payment made out to Mr D Day

British Taekwondo Poomsae Committee would like to invite you to the 2014 British Taekwondo National Poomsae & Freestyle Championships.
The Championships will be held over two days with Kup & Dan categories on both days. Please read the information carefully and if you have any queries – please contact us.

COMPETITION START: 9.30am
SPECTATORS COST: Adults £5 per day or £8 for 2 days
Children £3 per day or £5 for 2 days
Participants must be entered by their club and provide their membership number.
The membership number can be found on the insurance slip inside the British Taekwondo Membership book. Clubs cannot combine or compete as an association or squad. Mixed club teams/pairs will be eligible for team trophy points – the points will be split evenly.
Applications – must be made by post on the correct application form.
Closing Date is 14th February 2014.

British Taekwondo will be hosting a Traditional Taekwondo Seminar on the 23rd Feb 2014.
The seminar will be under the close instruction of:
